Decisions
There’s no attention, until an ascension
Until I thrive, there won’t be a mention
About who I am or what we could’ve been
Lessons
To bond and to build, is built from confessions
But to find trust I had to learn a couple lessons
Hollow
Can I take the lead
Into the hollows
No more to give
Nothing to borrow
School
The last thing I want to be is washed up
A shell of myself, opinions tossed up
Dare
How long have I been afraid?
Lapse
Time’s the only luxury
It will and never end
A child, I was richer than any man
How
How much drive can I have until I end up crashing
How out of style will I be until it’s the next high fashion
How cutthroat will I be before there’s no one to lead
Coming to my Senses
Sleep’s the hardest foe to fight
You resist but know it’s right
When it’s dark it comes to light
